Business Analyst

Within Student Success Innovations, this role helps improve the technology and processes that support student services and academic operations. The analyst works with faculty, advisors, administrators, and service units to understand needs, map current and future workflows, document requirements, and coordinate system enhancements. They lead discovery meetings and workshops, prepare supporting materials, assist with user acceptance testing, and create process and training documentation. The position also involves troubleshooting, monitoring project progress, validating updates, and recommending improvements across Degree Planner and Salesforce-related solutions. It is well suited to an organized, analytical communicator who can manage competing initiatives and explain complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
