Senior Product Manager: Accounting Systems

This position sits within Axon’s Business Solutions function and owns the roadmap, delivery, governance, and ongoing improvement of critical finance technology. The person will lead initiatives such as a finance and accounting consolidation implementation and RevStream modernization, covering requirements, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and adoption. They will translate accounting, tax, reporting, and regulatory needs into practical system designs while ensuring controls, data quality, and compliance are built into the platforms. The role is suited to an experienced finance systems or enterprise product leader who can navigate complex technical environments, influence senior stakeholders, and manage ambiguous, high-impact programs. It requires strong collaboration with Finance, Engineering, Data, Enterprise Architecture, and external vendors, with no direct reports.
