Open role
High Speed Analog Design Engineer
This engineer will create circuits such as USB re-drivers, equalizers, transmit drivers, high-speed switches, PLLs, jitter-conditioning blocks, precision analog modules, LDOs, bandgaps, and charge pumps. The work involves converting system targets like data rate, bit-error rate, noise, and jitter into block specifications and validating designs through Cadence simulations, behavioral models, and MATLAB/Simulink analysis. The engineer will work closely with layout and broader global teams to address matching, parasitics, shielding, electromagnetic and power-integrity concerns. Responsibilities also include technical presentations, design reviews, documentation, and supporting the transition from concept through silicon evaluation. This opportunity suits an experienced analog IC designer with graduate-level electrical engineering training, high-speed interface or clocking expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills.
