Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer

This engineer joins RTX’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities organization in Tucson, supporting effector programs spanning air, sea, ground, and space applications. The work includes building and certifying test hardware, integrating systems with launch platforms, executing environmental and functional tests, and supporting flight-test missions. The engineer analyzes test data, investigates system problems, documents results, and prepares materials for formal technical and readiness reviews. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams, customers, suppliers, military personnel, and test ranges, with occasional travel to test locations.
