Assembly Solder Technician III, 3rd shift (Onsite)
This role supports aerospace and defense manufacturing by assembling, repairing, and testing electronic units according to established procedures and engineering documentation. The technician selects components, performs precision soldering, replaces defective parts, operates assembly equipment, and applies chemicals or adhesives safely. The position works with production teammates and support personnel to communicate progress and maintain reliable records. It is suited to someone with hands-on electronics experience who is comfortable reading technical drawings, following detailed instructions, and working overnight hours. New hires train during the daytime for approximately 60 days before moving to the regular third-shift schedule.
