Workday Business Analyst

This position is part of University Business Services and helps maintain and enhance Workday capabilities supporting finance, human resources, payroll, recruiting, learning, and related functions. The analyst translates departmental needs into functional specifications, participates in system configuration, and coordinates testing for new features and releases. They also investigate support issues, manage service tickets, document processes, and assist with user training and adoption. The role suits an analytical, collaborative professional who can explain technical and business concepts clearly and work effectively with both users and technology teams. Experience with Workday, business process documentation, functional analysis, or higher education administrative systems would be valuable.
