Manager, Program Cost Controls - AIM-9X Development

This position supports the AIM-9X Development Finance Team within Raytheon’s Naval Air Missiles Mission Area. The role directs financial management across multiple development contracts, including cost performance analysis, forecasts, estimates at completion, annual planning, month-end activities, and program reporting. It also supervises and develops financial analysts while collaborating with program managers, engineering, integrated product teams, and senior leaders. The successful candidate will be comfortable presenting complex financial information, resolving issues, balancing competing deadlines, and contributing to baseline and program startup activities. It is well suited to an experienced defense finance professional with strong analytical, communication, earned value, and leadership capabilities who holds an active Secret clearance and can work onsite in Tucson.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ yearsExperience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Estimates at CompletionData analysis and financial reporting expertiseActive DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship requiredStrong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlinesLeadership experience mentoring financial analysts and collaborating across functions
