Director, Cybersecurity Operations

This role sits within the Office of the CISO and is responsible for building and running a global security operations capability that protects onsemi’s intellectual property, manufacturing systems, and business continuity. The leader manages SOC teams and external security providers while improving detection, response, threat hunting, vulnerability prioritization, and operational metrics. A major focus is extending effective security practices into industrial environments without compromising safety, availability, or production uptime. The position also drives SOAR, automation, and AI-assisted security operations to improve scale and reduce analyst workload. It suits an experienced cybersecurity executive who combines strong people leadership and incident command skills with expertise in IT/OT security, modern detection technologies, regulatory obligations, and risk-based program management.
