This internship places the student alongside Production Test Engineers within Raytheon’s manufacturing organization and provides exposure to testing across product development, production, and sustainment. Responsibilities include checking new or updated test equipment, confirming that hardware, software, and instructions satisfy product requirements, and analyzing yields, trends, and failure modes. The intern will help diagnose equipment or product issues, participate in root-cause and corrective-action work, and update drawings, manuals, instructions, and software documentation. The position is well suited to an actively enrolled electrical engineering or related STEM student interested in manufacturing, test systems, troubleshooting, and process improvement. It is an onsite Tucson role involving time in factory areas and requires U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a DoD security clearance.
