IT Systems Technician II

This position supports more than 600 users across desktop systems, mobile devices, communications equipment, basic server and storage services, and various operating environments. The technician handles workstation imaging, Windows and Office 365 support, Active Directory administration, VoIP and network troubleshooting, and limited Unix/Linux assistance. Working within a tiered IT organization, the role coordinates with Tier-1 and Tier-3 teams and contributes to support procedures and infrastructure projects. Most work is performed at the Chandler site, with service coverage for Tempe and occasional travel to other North American facilities. It suits a customer-focused IT professional with at least two years of support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
