Sr Technical Program Manager, Software Deployments

This position leads multiple medium- to large-scale software deployment programs, translating customer needs into delivery plans and ensuring technical, operational, and compliance requirements are met. The manager will establish milestones, manage risks and changes, maintain acceptance and revenue documentation, and facilitate communication across internal teams and client organizations. The role also includes customer training, process improvement, mentoring junior program managers, and contributing to team growth. It reports to the Director of Program Management and is based at a U.S. Axon hub with hybrid onsite work and substantial travel. It suits an experienced SaaS program leader who can navigate ambiguity, communicate technical concepts clearly, and deliver mission-critical enterprise implementations.
