Senior Mechanical Engineer - Test Equipment, Onsite (Tucson, AZ)

This engineer will work within Raytheon’s multidisciplinary Test Equipment Engineering organization to create mechanical and electromechanical test systems for demanding environments such as vibration, thermal, hydraulic, RF, and electro-optical testing. The position covers the complete equipment lifecycle, including concept development, detailed design, verification, production support, and sustainment. The successful candidate will use 3D CAD, GD&T, drawings, and engineering documentation to produce reliable, accurate test solutions and improve designs when manufacturing or testing issues arise. Experience with packaging, environmental qualification, configuration management, model-based engineering, or analysis disciplines would be valuable.
