As part of Raytheon’s Program Planning organization, this position partners with program managers, customers, and cross-functional teams to build realistic, compliant execution plans. The planner will manage schedules in MS Project, incorporate scope and contractual changes, resource-load applicable work, and evaluate critical paths, variances, and alternative recovery scenarios. The role also contributes to estimate-at-complete and latest-revised-estimate activities and maintains master phasing schedules using Milestones Professional. It suits an organized program controls or project management professional who can translate statements of work into executable plans and communicate schedule insights clearly. The position is onsite in Tucson and requires an active Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of program planning, scheduling, or project management experienceExperience with MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or comparable scheduling softwareActive, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipAbility to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and support earned value complianceStrong written, verbal, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing skillsAbility to work full-time onsite in Tucson, Arizona
