Professional Services Program Manager

This position leads operational programs that strengthen project intake, implementation readiness, portfolio visibility, and service delivery. Working within Professional Services Operations, the manager partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, and other groups to align priorities and resolve execution barriers. The role also develops dashboards, reporting, metrics, and analyses that give leaders clearer insight into performance, capacity, backlog, and customer readiness.
