Director, Power MOSFET Technology Development

This position heads a team of device, process integration, and industrialization engineers developing next-generation power MOSFET platforms and related product implementations. The leader will establish technology and product priorities, guide qualification activities, and coordinate decisions across manufacturing, operations, product, quality, reliability, and business organizations. A major focus is identifying risks related to reliability, manufacturability, and program delivery early enough to resolve them effectively. The role also requires clear reporting to senior leadership and representation of the organization in technical discussions with partners. It is well suited to an experienced power semiconductor professional who has managed complex development programs and can unite global teams around business and technology goals.
