This leader is accountable for managing complex programs from initiation through delivery while balancing cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and contractual obligations. Working within the Capacity Growth Office, the role coordinates program offices and functional partners to expand production capability, allocate resources, and prepare for future demand. Responsibilities include establishing governance, maintaining EVMS and defense accounting compliance, managing risks and opportunities, and presenting performance metrics to senior stakeholders. The position is suited to an experienced defense program leader who can influence across organizations, manage large-scale production or development efforts, and communicate effectively with executives and customers. Current U.S. government security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required, with the position based onsite at an RTX hub and domestic travel as needed.
