Sr. Principal System Engineer - Test Architect

This position sits within Raytheon’s Systems Engineering Test Capabilities organization and supports the Effectors group and NGSRI program. The architect will direct the production test architecture from initial concept through implementation, integration, verification, and deployment, coordinating engineering, operations, and test equipment teams. Success requires improving manufacturing readiness, reducing cycle time, guiding investment decisions, and ensuring technical documentation and test work products remain accurate. The role involves substantial cross-functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and occasional customer engagement, with travel of up to 25 percent. It is well suited to an experienced systems or test engineering leader with missile, production test, automation, and transition-to-production experience who holds an active Secret clearance and can work onsite in Tucson.
