Operations Lead

This role serves as the operational integrator for product-line execution in an onsite aerospace manufacturing environment. The Operations Lead turns demand, priorities, and recovery objectives into coordinated plans while tracking ownership, deadlines, risks, and corrective actions. They work with manufacturing, supply chain, site leadership, and other functions to address root causes, support build readiness and NPI activities, and escalate decisions requiring broader tradeoffs. The position also contributes execution data to capacity planning, forecasts, and program reviews, while reinforcing tier-meeting and governance processes. It would suit an experienced manufacturing operations or project professional who is organized, decisive, comfortable coordinating across teams, and familiar with ERP-based planning.
