This position sits within Life Cycle Engineering and supports the International Program Manager by managing country-related activities across product line and functional organizations. The manager coordinates customer requests, leads program reviews and working-group events, and addresses technical, sustainment, financial, and business concerns from international partners. Responsibilities also include Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales sustainment, subcontractor and contract coordination, and identifying additional post-production support opportunities. Success requires strong relationship management, independent prioritization, cultural awareness, and the ability to work across government, customer, and internal stakeholders. The role suits an experienced defense or aerospace program professional who holds an active U.S. security clearance and can travel internationally and domestically as needed.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ yearsActive, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipExperience managing customer or supplier relationshipsExperience supporting international defense programs, FMS, or DCS sustainmentAbility to manage deadlines, priorities, and culturally diverse stakeholdersPreferred knowledge of ITAR, contracts, finance, risk management, subcontractors, and Raytheon systems
