NSMS Sr Business Manager MAT Capacity

This position supports the Naval Standard Missile Systems organization by managing the financial oversight of SM-6 munitions acceleration and production capacity efforts. The manager works closely with program management, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and other stakeholders across Tucson-based operations to align strategic, operational, and financial priorities. Responsibilities include program controls, Estimates at Complete, earned value compliance, forecasting, and quantitative analysis across multiple contract types. The role also leads and develops a team of direct-report analysts while improving the speed, accuracy, and quality of business processes. It would suit an experienced finance or program-controls leader who can manage complex defense programs, communicate across organizational levels, and hold an active Secret clearance as a U.S. citizen.
