Systems Engineering Manager - Section Leader

This position leads a section within Raytheon’s Systems Integration and Test organization supporting the LADS Effectors program portfolio. The successful candidate will guide a team of engineers and technicians while setting goals, addressing personnel matters, supporting hiring and staffing, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Section leadership represents a small portion of the workload, with most time spent as a technical lead or individual contributor in daily program operations. The role is well suited to an experienced systems engineering professional who has worked on LADS programs and can operate effectively in a matrixed aerospace and defense environment. Strong communication, people leadership, and familiarity with program financial, estimating, and proposal processes would be valuable.
