Principal Specialist - Technical Data Package (TDP) Workflow Manager

This position sits within Raytheon’s Hardware Design Integrity organization, which supports accurate, compliant, secure, and efficient technical data processes. The successful candidate will oversee TDP workflow progression, monitor release activities, guide documentation owners through product data management procedures, and prepare release materials such as initial releases and change notices. They will also provide status reporting and visual analyses for program teams and leadership while coordinating with engineering, configuration management, manufacturing, and supply chain groups. The role is well suited to an experienced project or data workflow professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across technical disciplines. It is an onsite Tucson position requiring U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain the specified security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree in business, STEM, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant professional experienceActive or obtainable U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with CAD tools, preferably Creo, and product data systems such as WindchillStrong project coordination, communication, and documentation-management skills
