Director, Digital Workplace and End User Services

This role sets the strategy and oversees delivery for onsemi’s global digital workplace and end-user services organization. Responsibilities span 24x7 helpdesk operations, endpoint engineering, IT service management, Microsoft 365 governance, digital experience monitoring, automation, and major incident response. The director will build and develop teams, manage external service providers, and work closely with Security, HR, Enterprise Architecture, and business leaders on adoption, compliance, and change. Success is measured through stronger employee satisfaction, faster issue resolution, improved device compliance, greater self-service, and effective platform governance. It suits an experienced technology executive who combines operational discipline, product-oriented thinking, data-driven leadership, and strong stakeholder influence.
