IT Engineer II

This position supports the infrastructure that stores and protects critical business data across Honeywell. The engineer will manage NAS and SAN platforms, operate backup and recovery tools, monitor system health, resolve technical problems, and improve capacity and performance. The role works with other IT groups to strengthen data protection and continuity plans while maintaining accurate technical documentation. It reports to an IT Manager and is suited to an infrastructure professional with several years of storage and backup administration experience. Candidates who are collaborative, security-minded, and comfortable with automation or cloud technologies may be especially effective in this role.
