Principal Specialist, FP&A

This position supports enterprise-wide Raytheon Finance processes by developing standardized reporting, dashboards, and automated data pipelines. The specialist will work with systems including SAP, PRISM, APEX, and Business Warehouse to integrate data, resolve issues, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. The role operates in an Agile environment and requires close collaboration with technical teams, finance stakeholders, and program organizations. It is well suited to an experienced finance transformation or FP&A professional who combines financial knowledge with analytics, automation, and process improvement skills. Success requires the ability to lead complex initiatives, communicate with varied audiences, and deliver results across multiple functions.
