Sr Manager, International Supply Chain Strategy

This position sits within Raytheon’s Global Supplier Strategy & Development organization in Operations & Supply Chain and focuses on international sourcing strategy. The manager will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives involving country strategies, supplier selection, onboarding, second sourcing, co-production, and industrial participation across multiple regions. Success requires close coordination with programs, business units, engineering, trade, contracts, industrialization, and capture organizations, along with strong executive communication and business-case development skills. The role also maintains supplier capability information, supports governance reviews, and contributes to international pursuit and offset strategies. It is well suited to an autonomous supply chain, operations, strategy, or program leader with aerospace and defense experience, international business exposure, and an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years of experienceAt least 10 years in strategy, supply chain, program management, operations, or manufacturingMinimum 5 years of aerospace and defense industry experienceU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; active Secret clearance required after day oneExperience developing strategies, business cases, ROI analyses, and executive-level presentationsExperience with international suppliers, co-production or industrial participation, and regulations such as FAR/DFARS or ITAR
