Open role
Mechanical Engineer II - Test Equipment
This engineer develops complex mechanical test equipment for applications such as vibration, thermal, hydraulic, RF, and electro-optical testing. Working within a multidisciplinary test engineering organization, the role supports equipment throughout its lifecycle, from early development and verification through production and sustainment. Responsibilities include creating designs, validating performance against accuracy and reliability targets, and assessing installations to resolve failures or recommend improvements. The position suits a mechanical engineer with graduate-level STEM education and project experience in areas such as packaging, materials, thermal or structural analysis, controls, or large assemblies. Candidates with CAD and analysis experience, especially in Creo/ProE, drawing-package development, model-based engineering, or a related internship, may be especially well matched.
