Value Stream Lead - Second Shift

This role serves as the operational leader for an integrated manufacturing value stream, reporting to the Factory Manager and directing production, engineering, quality, planning, and other support activities. The lead will manage more than 10 represented employees along with technical personnel while coordinating workflows, delivery commitments, labor forecasts, failure investigations, and engineering priorities. Responsibilities also include strengthening lean and CORE practices, improving processes and equipment, supporting employee development, and balancing safety, quality, delivery, cost, and workforce needs. The position is based onsite in Tucson and requires regular presence on the factory floor, with extended hours possible when business demands require it. It is well suited to a manufacturing or operations leader with strong communication skills, team-management experience, and the ability to work in a secure defense-production environment.
