Inside Sales Support Representative

This position supports Spirit Electronics’ internal sales function by preparing and entering customer and account information into ERP systems, portals, and databases. The representative reviews documents for accuracy, resolves or escalates missing information, checks system updates, and helps maintain clean, secure records. They may also provide phone coverage, assist with training and housekeeping, and serve as backup for other departments. The role suits an organized, detail-focused self-starter who can manage multiple tasks in a busy environment and communicate effectively. Experience with distribution or a related industry is helpful, but the posting accepts candidates with a high school education and up to three years of relevant experience.
