E-Commerce Specialist

This position serves as the internal lead for Spirit Electronics’ e-commerce channel, keeping product listings, pricing, availability, documentation, and orders accurate and current. The specialist partners with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Quality, and IT to coordinate fulfillment, systems integration, customer inquiries, and online merchandising. They will also evaluate the shopping experience, track performance metrics, identify sales opportunities, and recommend improvements that support revenue growth. The role is well suited to an organized, analytical professional who is comfortable with detailed product data, spreadsheets, multiple business systems, and cross-department collaboration. Experience with electronic components, B2B commerce, or ERP-connected online stores would be advantageous.
