The person will manage technical sales from discovery and proposal development through contract negotiation, while collaborating with packaging, testing, and program management teams on tailored solutions. The role also includes account growth, pipeline management, technical presentations, trade-show participation, and travel for customer engagements. It is well suited to an experienced sales engineer or applications professional with a strong microelectronics foundation and a record of winning complex, long-cycle B2B or government business.

Requirements

5+ years in technical sales, sales engineering, or applications engineeringBachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or another technical disciplineStrong semiconductor, microelectronics packaging, or backend services expertiseKnowledge of EEE components, wafer bumping, wire bonding, flip-chip, MEMS, and EV sensorsFamiliarity with MIL-STD, AEC-Q100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 requirementsCRM/ERP and Excel proficiency, with willingness to travel
