Power Discrete New Product Engineering Technical Leader

This technical leadership position is responsible for coordinating the complete engineering lifecycle of new power discrete products, including requirements, technology feasibility, modeling, cost evaluation, and risk management. The leader brings together global design, packaging, reliability, quality, and manufacturing teams to execute development milestones and resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include guiding design reviews, FMEA, validation planning, yield targets, and product acceptance decisions. After release, the role helps ensure that processes, documentation, and quality systems are ready for high-volume production. It suits an experienced semiconductor engineer with deep Si/SiC device knowledge, strong cross-functional influence, and the communication skills to represent engineering work to senior stakeholders.
