Fall 2026 - Tax AI and Automation Intern

This intern will work with the tax function to make compliance, provision, reporting, and operational activities more efficient and reliable. Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling tax data, developing repeatable workflows and dashboards, testing automation, and helping identify practical applications for AI. The role also involves documenting processes, creating user guidance, and collaborating with tax professionals to refine tools based on their feedback. The position is based onsite at onsemi’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, with flexibility intended to accommodate academic schedules.
