Senior Member of Technical Staff, SiC MOSFET Technology

The Senior Member of Technical Staff will guide SiC MOSFET technology qualification across different packages and modules, reporting to the CTO of the Silicon Carbide Power Division. The work involves translating customer mission profiles and failure data into reliability priorities, testing strategies, and technology improvements. This person will partner closely with process integration, technology development, packaging, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams, including efforts to create testing methods beyond standard JEDEC approaches. They will also communicate reliability assessments and projections to engineering groups, customers, and executive leaders. The position is well suited to an experienced semiconductor or power-device engineer with strong SiC, reliability, cross-functional leadership, and technical communication expertise who is willing to travel internationally.
