Senior Test System Execution Lead Engineer

This position sits within RTX’s Test Solutions organization, which provides engineering services supporting product readiness and mission success across multiple programs. The successful candidate will independently guide electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineers through the complete test-system lifecycle while resolving technical issues and maintaining execution discipline. Responsibilities include tracking schedule and staffing, reporting risks and supplier status, supporting earned-value and control-account analysis, and improving integration processes. The role suits an experienced systems or test engineering professional who can influence cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with leadership, and work within structured program-management frameworks. It is fully onsite in Tucson and requires U.S. citizenship plus the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
