Technical Site Lead

The Technical Site Lead will build the operational, quality, and laboratory foundations for Syenta’s new technology demonstration site in Tempe. They will manage an interdisciplinary on-site team, oversee cleanroom activities, coordinate equipment installation, and maintain compliance with relevant facility standards. The position also leads process engineering experiments, data analysis, defect investigations, documentation, and technology development supporting new products. As an external technical representative, the successful candidate will explain complex semiconductor manufacturing concepts to customers, investors, collaborators, and other audiences. This opportunity suits an experienced semiconductor or advanced manufacturing professional who combines strong technical judgment, leadership ability, presentation skills, and comfort working in an early-stage environment.
