Applications Engineering Manager

This manager will act as the technical bridge between Syenta and semiconductor customers, turning their manufacturing needs into feasible proposals and executable projects. They will guide engagements from initial discovery through delivery, manage milestones, present solutions to senior stakeholders, and resolve complex technical escalations with internal engineering groups. The position also involves recruiting and developing the applications team while establishing repeatable processes for documentation, customer communication, and project tracking. It suits an experienced semiconductor, advanced packaging, electronics, or technical sales leader who can combine engineering depth with commercial judgment and strong customer communication. Success requires comfort working autonomously in a fast-growing environment and familiarity with advanced packaging architectures and integrated hardware/software systems.
