Process Engineer (Metallization)

This engineer will own key electroplating activities within Syenta’s Localised Electrochemical Manufacturing platform, including electrolyte development, deposition optimization, and film-quality improvement. The work involves planning structured experiments, interpreting process data, diagnosing defects, and establishing controls that improve consistency and yield. The engineer will also help transfer laboratory methods into pilot production and collaborate with materials, hardware, product, and manufacturing partners. The position suits an experienced electrochemistry or materials professional who enjoys practical laboratory or cleanroom work and solving complex process problems. Candidates with semiconductor, advanced packaging, plating scale-up, or custom equipment experience may be especially well matched.
