Process Engineer (Photolithography)

This engineer will create and optimize fabrication workflows for LEM stamps and other prototype components, with particular emphasis on photolithography and high-aspect-ratio structures. The work includes operating advanced lithography tools, applying etching and deposition processes, and using metrology and experimental data to improve quality and repeatability. The position works closely with materials, chemistry, mechanical, mechatronic, software, and international engineering teams, as well as external fabrication partners. It is suited to an experienced microfabrication professional who has worked in semiconductor cleanrooms and wants to contribute to an early-stage advanced manufacturing technology. Experience in commercial fabs, specialty resists, advanced packaging, nanoimprint methods, or copper plating would be advantageous.
