Sr. Director, Applications

This position heads an experienced applications engineering organization focused on SiC discrete products and high-power solutions. The leader will develop the team, establish effective engineering practices, and ensure customer needs are reflected in product definitions and roadmaps. Responsibilities include guiding reference designs, validation programs, technical decisions, risk management, and cross-functional work with product management and other onsemi groups. The role involves close collaboration with major global customers and up to 10 percent international travel. It suits a seasoned power electronics executive with deep SiC and converter expertise, extensive engineering leadership experience, and strong coaching and communication abilities.
