ESG & Community Engagement Specialist

This position leads ESG program coordination at TSMC Arizona, translating the company’s sustainability priorities into internal initiatives and community-focused activities. It manages relationships with Arizona nonprofit organizations, evaluates partnership impact, oversees grants and budgets, and documents results for local and global stakeholders. The specialist serves as a bridge between the Phoenix facility and Taiwan headquarters, sharing progress and helping maintain consistency with international ESG standards. Collaboration with public relations, finance, human resources, and talent acquisition teams is central to the role. It would suit an experienced sustainability or corporate responsibility professional who is comfortable building programs, presenting data, working across cultures, and engaging with community partners on-site in Phoenix.
