Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships - Drones and Counter-Drone

This role owns the end-to-end partnership strategy for Axon's drone and counter-drone business, from identifying and recruiting partners through structuring complex deals and ensuring long-term value creation. The Senior Manager works across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Privacy teams to build integrations and partnerships that make Axon the central platform for public safety drone operations and airspace awareness. This position suits an experienced business development or corporate strategy leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, can operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels, and has navigated data sharing, hardware-software ecosystems, or regulated industries. You'll spend significant time with C-suite counterparts at technology companies and defense contractors, balancing commercial interests with policy and governance concerns in the sensitive drone space. Success means materially expanding Axon's ecosystem reach while establishing scalable partnership playbooks and governance processes as the business grows.
