Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships - Drones and Counter-Drone

This leader will own the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and negotiating opportunities through onboarding, governance, performance tracking, and long-term relationship development. They will work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, Privacy, Policy, and executive teams to deliver integrations, resolve complex issues, and align partner investments with customer and business priorities. The role also contributes to ecosystem strategy, technology assessments, operating models, and responsible data-sharing practices in regulated public safety and defense markets. It suits an experienced partnerships or business development professional who can manage complex hardware, software, data, and platform relationships while influencing teams without direct authority. The position is hybrid and reports to the Director of Strategic Partnerships.
