This engineer will own battery strategy and technical direction for body-worn, automotive, and fixed outdoor devices within Axon’s hardware organization. They will define subsystem requirements, evaluate cell technologies, guide pack and battery-management-system designs, and lead integration with electrical, mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and test teams. The position also manages supplier selection and development, qualification activities, reliability testing, failure analysis, and regulatory certification.
