Senior Technician-Reliability

The role is part of Microchip’s global Reliability Engineering function in Chandler and helps bring new semiconductor products to market. It involves preparing and reworking devices, maintaining test setups, troubleshooting laboratory equipment, and supporting board bring-up and validation activities. The technician also manages lab inventory, procedures, calibration records, safety practices, and multiple qualification projects at once. As a senior technical resource, this person mentors less experienced staff and works closely with engineers and managers. It suits an experienced semiconductor or electronics laboratory professional who is self-directed, safety-conscious, organized, and eligible to work with ITAR-controlled technology.
