Facilities Technician

This technician will help keep multiple Axon facilities safe, functional, and well maintained. Responsibilities include routine building repairs, basic electrical tasks, lighting replacement, equipment checks, contractor oversight, employee moves, and transporting supplies between locations. The position works within the Facilities Team but requires independent project ownership and sound judgment about when specialized vendors or electricians are needed. It suits someone with hands-on maintenance experience, practical knowledge of building systems, and the flexibility to respond to short-notice or emergency needs. The schedule is onsite at the Scottsdale headquarters five days per week, with travel to Phoenix-area facilities roughly 30–40% of the time.
