Associate Director: Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) (Onsite)

The SEIT IPTL will guide a multidisciplinary team responsible for requirements decomposition, traceability, digital engineering, system integration, and test planning for a complex defense missile program. The role oversees qualification activities and drives the program toward a successful Systems Validation Review with the Navy. It also includes proposal leadership, EVMS-based performance management, budget and estimate oversight, and coordination with senior program and chief engineering leaders. The successful candidate will build a layered organization, mentor technical leaders, and maintain strong customer relationships across Raytheon and government stakeholders. This position suits an experienced systems engineering and program leader with substantial defense integration and test experience, strong financial and organizational management skills, and an active Secret clearance.
