Senior AI Model Fine-Tuning Engineer

This engineer will lead efforts to customize large pre-trained models so they follow instructions, complete tasks, and respond appropriately across different contexts. The work includes developing prompting and reinforcement-learning strategies, partnering with data specialists, and testing model quality with both standard metrics and user-oriented evaluations. The engineer will also watch for bias, drift, reliability issues, and adversarial behavior as models evolve. This is an on-site position within TSMC Arizona’s technology organization in Phoenix. It would suit an experienced machine learning professional who is comfortable with transformer ecosystems, Python development, model experimentation, and cross-functional communication.
