Diffusion Engineering Manager Job# 4960

This manager will direct the Diffusion department’s engineering work and help maintain efficient, reliable wafer production. The position includes setting priorities, managing resources and performance, establishing safe operating practices, and driving improvements in film quality, defects, equipment, and productivity. The manager will work closely with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Yield Improvement, and other engineering groups to support manufacturing goals. They will also recruit, coach, and develop engineers through structured performance and career planning. The opportunity suits an experienced semiconductor engineering leader with hands-on knowledge of diffusion furnaces, ALD/CVD processes, and equipment engineering who can work on-site in Phoenix.

Requirements

Master’s degree plus 3 years of engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experienceExperience with semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, and maintenanceAt least 3 years working with 300mm vertical diffusion furnace equipment, including TEL INDY Plus or KE QuixaceKnowledge of plasma techniques for ALD silicon nitride applicationsExperience with batch furnace ALD and CVD film deposition processesAbility to lead and develop junior engineers on-site in Phoenix
