Quality Engineer II

This position serves as an experienced quality contributor supporting customer quality, internal audits, corrective actions, and compliance with applicable quality standards. The engineer investigates recurring or high-impact issues using statistical methods, root-cause tools, and operational or laboratory data. They also lead improvement initiatives targeting yield, efficiency, waste reduction, and cost savings in partnership with Operations, Process Engineering, and Lab groups. The role includes ownership of selected QMS processes, such as calibration, document control, or supplier quality monitoring. It would suit a technically trained quality professional who can work independently, communicate findings clearly, mentor colleagues, and manage several cross-functional priorities.
