Electrical Engineer I - Test

This position joins RTX’s Test Solutions Engineering team, which creates electrical test hardware and systems used throughout product development, production, and field support. The engineer will design items such as interface adapters, cabling, schematics, and analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuits while helping meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives. Responsibilities also include integrating systems, validating performance with laboratory instruments, and resolving difficult hardware issues. The role suits an early-career electrical engineer who enjoys hands-on testing, practical problem solving, and working with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold a STEM bachelor’s degree and be eligible for a U.S. security clearance, including U.S. citizenship.
